Coaching and mentoring - types
I offer various forms of coaching in online and offline formula.
Work in the coaching formula is recommanded for individual performance ( but also to work with groups).
This type of work, in an atmosphere of confidentiality, honesty and full understanding allows to focus on the individual problem.
Coaching work can cover various areas: from strengthening hard skills, such as sales skills and self-confidence, the ability to talk to a difficult client without getting emotionally involved in the process itself, to changing beliefs about yourself.
Coaching is often accompanied by elements of training or psychoeducation.
I often use tools from Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in my work with customer.
Mentoring is any form of social learning where someone with more experience (a mentor) helps guide the learning process to someone with less experience (a mentee).
The purpose of mentoring is to grow and learn. For a mentee, that growth and learning is self-directed with guidance from a mentor.
For the mentor, the purpose of mentoring is to be that guide and to give back to others the experience they’ve gained in the mentee’s growth area.
The sessions are mainly 1:1.
