I create the employer brand strategy based on the company’s strategy, policy and values.
I see employer branding as an internal and external process.
I propose and create an interesting work environment in which everyone will feel at home and will recommend it to others.
I engage employees in this process, also with numerous surveys by asking them what is important for them to achieve maximum results for themselves and the organization. On this basis, I adjusts and adopt the package of benefits that will make work more attractive.
I encourage companies to do charity work, to share expertise outside the organization, to educate and invite various specialists to the programs.
