On April 9, 2025, a unique event will take place in Zielona G\u00f3ra \u2013 Lubuskie Forum for Adults<\/strong>, during which I will have the pleasure of appearing as a speaker. In the times of BANIA \u2013 i.e. full of brittleness<\/em>, anxious<\/em>, non-linearity<\/em> and incomprehensible<\/em> \u2013 flexibility and readiness to change are key competencies. That is why it is so important for adults to have a real chance to develop and acquire new skills.<\/p>\n

During my speech entitled "Education at any age \u2013 how to effectively acquire new skills?"<\/strong> I will tell you how and where adults can learn \u2013 effectively, with joy and without pressure. I will tell you about the concept Long Life Learning<\/em>, or the idea of lifelong learning, which breaks the stereotype that "older people don't want to" or "can't".<\/p>\n

The neuroplasticity of the brain clearly shows that each of us, regardless of age, can develop and acquire new skills. All it takes is a good attitude, a plan and\u2026 a little support \u2013 for example, using artificial intelligence or funding programs.<\/p>\n
