Does the entrepreneur's brain work differently - a few words about neuroentrepreneurship and cognitive flexibility.
Does the brain of an entrepreneur work differently? Can you learn entrepreneurial thinking at any age? How does an enterprising person think?Neuroentrepreneurship is a relatively new branch of neuroscience, intensive research is still ongoing. The first results in this area were published by researcher Elena Ortiz-Teran in 2013. In 2023, the results of research by scientists from the University of Liege under the leadership of Frederic Ooms appeared, where researchers concluded that entrepreneurs have better connectivity between the right hemisphere (related to cognitive flexibility) and anterior prefrontal cortex (a key region for exploratory choices).
I conducted online workshops at the Upper Silesian Academy. Wojciech Korfanty on the entrepreneur's brain. I showed exercises integrating the work of the left and right hemispheres of the brain, I will talk about whether entrepreneurship can be learned and how to do it
