GLOBAL METHODS SUMMER SCHOOL FOR LEADERS
Summer, when there is less work, is a perfect time not only to relax, but also to improve your professional competences. We invite you to the summer edition LEADERS SUMMER SCHOOL.
What is SUMMER SCHOOL FOR LEADERS?
This is a program of 3 individual online training courses. Each training lasts 4 hours and takes place every week on previously agreed dates via the Zoom platform.
The training is a workshop in nature, taking into account coaching methods.
For whom:
- for young leaders, people who are planning a promotion or a change of position/job soon, and
- for people who have recently been promoted, manage the work of a team and want to strengthen their leadership competences.
- for anyone who wants to strengthen their overall leadership competencies
The training will provide knowledge in the following areas:
- Key aspects of the leader's role and rules for transitioning from the role of an expert to the role of a leader
- Rules for communicating with the team
- Principles of motivating, delegating and monitoring work effects
- Principles of managing a distributed and diverse team
- Managerial effectiveness: time management, employee management, setting priorities, effective task planning
- A coaching (supportive) approach to working with a team
We work using the following methods: workshop, coaching work, case studies, tests. You will work individually with a trainer, thanks to which you will not only gain new knowledge, but also practice new skills in situations tailored to the specific nature of your work.

- An innovative method of managing emotions and stress

- Verbal and non-verbal communication at a higher level
- Internal communication processes. Principles of information flow in the organization
- Principles of interpersonal communication. Thinking styles and personality according to DISC and their impact on communication - why not everyone understands us?
- Communication barriers and how to overcome them
Module 3 Organization of team work
- Design approach to performed tasks
- Managing a diverse and distributed team
- Effective delegation of tasks
- Effects monitoring. Feedback and feedforward
