For several years, we have been collaborating with the University of Silesia, organizing open courses and training for students. Last week, we signed a framework agreement for cooperation, including through the Careers Office.
We have completed an open training course on mental resilience techniques, and we have an assertiveness workshop coming up this week.
During the summer holidays we will conduct training as part of the program Career Development Academy 2025, implemented at the University of Silesia. The series runs from July 2nd to September 10th and includes free, practical workshops for students and young people entering the job market. Our training will be part of this program, supporting participants in developing key professional competencies.
The Academy's training is led by experts from renowned companies and institutions, such as Sopra Steria, HEINEKEN Kraków, ING Bank Śląski, TÜV Rheinland Polska, and Vialto Partners. Topics include leadership, communication, sales, AI, project management, public speaking, and personal branding. This allows participants to gain practical knowledge directly from business practitioners and learn about the realities of working in various industries.
