Next week, on April 10, I invite everyone to an open webinar entitled: THE POWER OF A POSITIVE MESSAGE - what semantics builds a friendly work environment, which we are organizing together with the Warsaw-based training company Human Skills.
During an hour-long webinar, I will talk about how to consciously build a positive work environment, in which we spend on average more than 1/3 of our lives. We will look at phrases and words that are most often unconscious:
❌ suppress self-esteem
❌ they kill motivation
❌ they destroy relationships
We will learn how to talk to build a stable, motivated and committed team that likes being together and in practice works effectively.
Why this particular topic? Because:
- One of the best factors that motivates and attracts employees to our companies is the WORK ATMOSPHERE
- We build the atmosphere by, among other things, caring for each other, words and attitude
- skillful communication in the company is the cheapest factor for the employer that generates positive attitudes and good cooperation, efficiency -> company profits
- We use communication when: delegating and allocating tasks, providing feedback, discussions - hopefully usually substantive and constructive - at meetings within the company, with the client, in e-mail correspondence and in telephone or direct conversations. We transfer good practices to private life. Therefore, it is worth learning it and speaking consciously!
